Regulations of the “Cinema for a Smile” Competition.

General provisions

1. The organizer of the Competition is DB&M INVESTMENTS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw, Dominika Merliniego 2.
   02-511 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5213628618
2. The founder of the prize is KINO WORLD Sp. z o.o., Al. Gen. W. Sikorskiego 9, 02-758 Warsaw, NIP: 5213273776.
3. The contest is not created, administered or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook.com is not responsible for any activities related to the organization of the Contest on the site.

Conditions of participation

1. The Contest is open only to adults residing in Warsaw.
2. The condition to participate in the Contest is to have a verified Facebook account.
3. As a condition of participation in the Contest, you must grant permission to use the image of the child depicted in the photo submitted to the Contest. A model of consent for the use of image is attached to these regulations and is an integral part of them. Consent for the use of the child’s image can be downloaded and signed at the box office of Fun Park Digiloo, 2 Merliniego Street, Warsaw.
4. The contest runs (05-02-2024 from 12:00 pm to 16.02.2024 until 20:00 pm.
5. The results of the Contest will be announced: via the fanpage https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo, each day of the Contest at 8:00 pm.
6. The contest is held through the fanpage on the social network Facebook located at: https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo.
7. We will be extremely pleased if the participant likes/ follows the fanpage https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo and writes a review of our Playroom.

Competition task

1. The competition task is to:
   • Coming to Fun Park Digiloo, at. Merliniego 2 in Warsaw from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the Contest.
   • Buying at least one ticket for at least 1 hour for the playroom.
   • Take one photo showing the smile of your child/children at Digiloo Playroom and publish the photo(s) on your personal profile on facebook and check in.
   • The post should be public.
   • Send a link to the published post to us in a private message.
2. Each participant can submit multiple answer suggestions.
3. 50 winners will be selected in the Contest.
4. Each day, the 5 best entries will be selected:
   • Works submitted to the Contest will be published in the form of a gallery the day after the works are submitted on the fanpage https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo.
   • Each day from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. voting will be conducted for the best work. Voting will consist of liking the photos published in the gallery.
   • Each day of the Contest will be selected 5 works that won the most referrals, the authors of the works will receive a prize.
5. Winners of the Contest will be notified of their winnings and the conditions for collecting the Prize via a private message sent on Facebook.
6. Only photos taken by the person submitting the work to the Contest may be submitted to the Contest.
7. The organizer pays attention to respecting the work of others and maintaining culture in expressions. Entries containing vulgarities and uncensored words will be deleted and will not participate in the Contest

Award

1. The prize in the Contest is 2 single invitations to a screening of the film “Emma and the Black Jaguar” shown at Cinema City.
2. The prize can be picked up in the form of a paper invitation at Fun Park Digiloo at. Merliniego 2 in Warsaw or electronically to the indicated e-mail address.
3. The Prize must be collected no later than 17.02.2024 after this time the Prize is no longer valid.
4. Invitations to the screening of the film “Emma and the Black Jaguar” which are prizes in the Contest are valid from 12.02.2024 to 18.02.2024.
5. The invitation must be exchanged for one ticket at the box office of the Cinema City cinema where the film is shown, no later than 30 minutes before the selected screening.
6. The organizer has the right to provide the details of the Winner on the fanpage.
7. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to transfer the prize for reasons attributable to the Participant. In this case, the prize will be forfeited.
8. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect data indicated by the Participant, and in particular for the change of personal data that makes it impossible to find the Participant and inform about the awarding of the Prize.
9. In the case of detection of actions that are inconsistent with the Regulations, attempts to influence the selection of the Winner in an unauthorized manner, especially by setting up fictitious profiles on Facebook, the participant in question may be excluded from the Contest.

Complaints

1. All complaints and comments regarding the rules, conduct or adjudication of the Contest should be submitted by email to: [email protected].
2. The complaint should include the name of the Participant and the reason for the complaint. In the title of the message, please add a description (Facebook contest – “Cinema for one smile.
3. Complaints are processed within 5 days of receipt.

Information obligation

1. We would like to inform that the administrator of the personal data of the Contest participants is DB&M INVESTMENTS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its seat in Warsaw, Dominika Merliniego 2 02-511 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5213628618.
2. For matters concerning the processing of personal data, please contact the Data Protection Officer at e-mail: [email protected].
3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to conduct the Contest, based on Art. 6 paragraph. 1. letter b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter: “RODO”). The data was collected by the Facebook fanpage https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo.
4. Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for the execution of the Contest, including the issuance of the Prize and the announcement of the winner (and other prize-winners), and stored until the statute of limitations for possible claims or the expiration of the obligation to archive data under the law.

Final provisions

1. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of law shall apply.
2. Disputes relating to and arising out of the Contest will be resolved by the common court having jurisdiction over the Organizer’s headquarters.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Contest during its duration. Information about the changes will be posted on the fanpage https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo.
4. By participating in the Contest, the User, accepts the provisions of these Regulations.

Appendix No. 1 Consent to the use of the child’s image (Model)

I hereby declare that pursuant to Art. 81 para. 1 of the Law of February 4, 1994. on Copyright and Related Rights (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231), I agree to use the image presented in the photo submitted to the “Cinema for One Smile” Competition by posting the photos submitted to the Competition on the website located at https://funparkdigiloo.pl/, as well as on the Facebook profile located at https://www.facebook.com/FunParkDigiloo for information and promotion purposes.
