The birthday party is being held at Fun Park Digiloo at ul. Merliniego 2, 02-511 Warsaw. The manager of Fun Park Digiloo is DB&M Investments Sp. z o.o. KRS 0000413586, NIP: 5213628618.
Birthday date reservations can be made in person, by phone or by email. The reservation is for a specific date and time, a specific birthday room, a selected package of refreshments and additional attractions.
The condition for making a full reservation of a predetermined date is payment of a deposit at least 7 days before the birthday. The deposit is PLN 200. The remaining amount is paid on the day of the event.
The minimum number of children participating in a birthday party (including the birthday boy or girl) held from Friday to Sunday is 10 people and 6 people in a party held from Monday to Thursday.
Any changes to the number of people, the package, additional options and the cake, must be reported no later than 3 days before the birthday.
We come to the birthday party on time, with plenty of smiles and good humor.
In case of arrival of more guests than declared, the Parent/Guardian of the birthday boy or girl will pay a surcharge for each additional person in accordance with the applicable price list of the birthday package within the number of people provided for the birthday room.
The birthday party lasts 2.5 hours.
The party starts and ends on time.
After 2.5 hours, children leave the rented birthday party room, but may remain in the Fun Park Digiloo Playroom under the supervision of Parents or Guardians at no additional charge.
A pre-selected birthday room is dedicated to the exclusive use of the birthday boy and his guests during the birthday party.
Parents of the jeweler and parents of invited guests do not pay for entry.
During the birthday party, the Rules and Regulations of the Fun Park Digiloo playroom apply.
We do not bring our own food and beverages to the birthday party except those purchased at the Digiloo Fun Park Restaurant.
It is possible to order a cake when booking a birthday party. The cost of the cake is from 150 zloty. (depending on the type and weight of the cake).
Refreshments (according to the contents of the selected package) are provided for children. Refreshments for parents are available at the Fun Park Digiloo Restaurant in accordance with the Restaurant’s price list. Please make table reservations at the Restaurant at least 7 days before the planned event.
Refreshments prepared for children may only be consumed in the birthday rooms.
Gifts for the birthday boy or girl can be left in the birthday rooms.
From Friday to Sunday, it is required to hire a caregiver for each birthday party in the form of a caregiver who coordinates and supervises the birthday party. The cost of care is PLN 140.
Leaving the birthday room and payment for the birthday is made on the day of the party, immediately, but no later than 15 minutes after the end of the party.
Information on birthday packages and description of birthdays located on the website of Fun Park Digiloo is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
If the birthday party is postponed 3 days or less before, the deposit will be forfeited.
