Privacy and cookies policy:

We attach great importance to protecting the privacy of funparkdigiloo.co.uk users. The following document explains the rules and how user information is collected, processed and used.

Definitions:

  1. Personal Data Administrator (hereinafter: Administrator) – the administrator of the personal data is DB&M Investments with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Melini 2, 02-511 Warsaw, NIP: 521-362-86-18,
  2. Service – a website located in the domain funparkdigiloo.pl, including the home page and all its subpages,
  3. User – any person visiting the site,
  4. Regulation – Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

What types of information do we collect?

  1. When contacting our company to make a reservation/organization of an event, we ask you to provide us with the data necessary for its implementation. At the time of booking, we ask for such details as:
    • first and last name – in order to make a reservation
    • telephone number – to make a reservation and contact if necessary
    • e-mail contact – in order to make reservations, confirm reservations, contact us if necessary
    • data for FV – necessary for issuing a sales document
  2. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer your data. The posted request is being handled by DB&M Investments.
  3. Personal data are processed in accordance with the Law of August 29, 1997. On protection of personal data (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

Data protection

Securing personal data is a high priority for us. We take care of administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information in our possession from unauthorized disclosure, use, alteration and destruction. We are committed to establishing appropriate security control procedures, for the protection of the personal data we hold against all foreseeable risks.

Data storage

Personal data is stored and processed in a manner consistent with the requirements of Polish law, in particular with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). The collection of collected personal data is treated as a separate database, which is stored on a server in a specially designated security zone. The administrator of the data collected by this portal is DB&M Investments with its registered office at ul. Melini 2, 02-511 Warsaw, NIP: 521-362-86-18.

User Rights:

  1. The right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject,
  2. The right to object to processing,
  3. The right to data portability,
  4. The right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent,
  5. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data by the Controller

Scope of data sharing

We do not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data to other persons or institutions, except at the request of a court, prosecutor’s office, police or other authorized body.

Cookie Policy:

  1. The website funparkdigiloo.co.uk uses cookies and other similar technologies for statistical purposes, as well as to meet and customize services to our customers.
  2. Cookies are not harmful to your computer. The condition for the operation of cookies is the customer’s consent to their storage by the browser. Other technologies

The Administrator hereby informs you that it uses the following technologies to track your activities on the Site:

  2. Google Analytics tracking code, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, – in order to analyze the statistics of the Site and conduct remarketing activities and ad management.

Server logs

  1. Using the site involves sending requests to the server where the site is stored.
  2. Logs are saved and stored on the server.
  3. Each request sent to the server is recorded in logs. The logs include, among other things: date, time, IP address, information about the browser and operating system the user is using at the time.
  4. The data recorded in the logs are not associated with specific individuals using the site and are not used by the Administrator to identify the user.
